  1. #AskGMBN How does air pressure affect my fork and shock? How do air pressure changes compare to volume spacers and other types of adjustments like rebound and compression. Is it common to change the pressure on the trail? Great show. My GoTo source for all things mountain bike. Roll on!

Right I have have a question. I currently ride an entry level giant hard tail and need an upgrade problem is I’m only 14 and have no way to get money and my parents won’t pay for it no matter what I do. HOW DO I GET MONEY?????

  3. Can you mix shifters and derailleurs eg can you use a 9 speed shimano acera shifter with a 9 speed shimano derailleur that isnt the same groupset as the shifter eg deore derailleur and acera shifter both 9 speed #ask gmbn

  4. #askgmbn Yesterday I was riding and tried landing into a manual, but the landing was a little off-camber and my rear wheel drifted aside, I ended up getting a massive hit up the nuts because of my saddle (and it was low since I have a downhill bike, but the way I landed made it hit me). It still hurts today but my question is : should I buy a jewel protection? Do any of you guys use any protection for that part of our anatomy? Thanks 👍

  5. @martinashton yes brother the super tuff burner, I so wanted one when I was a kid a the night burner! Which was the chrome burner? I swapped my way up from a universal bmx to a chrome burner with Sr headset and bars along with star mags and Sr adenoid blue brake leavers 😂

  6. LASIK, you guys – getting rid of contacts and glasses was the best decision ever! Also – #askgmbn: I want to know about the drone footage on all your epic ride videos. Never realized I wanted one until now. Do you have someone running it all the time, or do you manage it yourself while you ride? What model are you using and what features should I look for? Maybe a video on the basics of shooting MTB with a drone?

  7. Okay so I have just bought the new Nukeproof Scout Comp and love it but I want to add an oval chainring and service my BB. Why is the Torque on this 54nm? My Mondraker Factor XR is no where near this as it is so easy to service. I’ve had to buy a new torque wrench to do any work on it. Cheers, Matt

  8. This comment is in regards to Rockers, I am 6'3" and weigh 275lbs. Close to 20 stone. I ride all the time. I have a TREK fuel ex 8, 650 plus. The bike is perfect. I used to ride a TREK Rumblefish 29er and it did great as well, but I have passed it down to my son. Would I love to be lighter, yes, but I don't let it stop me. We ride lots of singletrack, cross country, and even travel to colorado for a lot of downhill riding. Don't worry about it, get on your bike and ride. It's a blast.

  9. THE BEST RIDING INSURANCE EVER! IMO (For the riders in the states)
I use BUDDY INSURANCE on days when I am XC racing or shuttling mountains.

Yes I said DAYS. They call it episodic action sports insurance. (They do long term too) but paying $10 for a single day of insurance just in case is the most reassuring and confidence-inspiring thing ever! #FullSend
I've even spoken with the CEO who is really open to customer feedback and is taking the time to make the company as user-friendly as possible. No the don't pay me 😅 but I absolutely LOVE what they're doing. Check em out! https://buddyinsurance.com
