I'm a now disabled Air Force Veteran in the USA and my parents and family are very religious and by the time I was leaving the Air Force at 2004/05 is and at age 23 I had been in during the don't ask don't tell era and I had attempted suicide and had suicidal thoughts over 4 times and it would take me losing a partner to suicide and that my friends worried they would find me dead, for me to seek help and though it's still not "perfect" it's better and I haven't done anything or had any thoughts for over 10 years. But my family still are very religious and distant. My sister and her husband have always supported me. But me being the oldest of all my siblings hurts. I hope everyone begins to just talk about these things because if we don't we can't help each other.

  2. Being bullied is horrible. My daughter was so bullied we had to transfer her to a new school. After therapy it has helped her come out of her shell again. I am thankful, as a lgbtq member, my strengtht has been in always being available to speak for her. I believe this saved her life. Thank you for sharing this Olly.

  23. I understand what he is going through i myself have manic depression and am bi polar with mood disorder and have problems with my appitite. it's hard when you have low days thoughts racing in your head and thoughts that you don't want there. Stay strong man i believe in you
