One the best ways to lose those extra & unnecessary fats is not to eat fatty foods, stop eating meat and eggs to begin with, and try to eat enough to give you energy to get through the day, do not learn to over eat yourself to the level of sickness & deasises. So no meatty and eggy foods, become a vegetarian, eat enough to get you through the day, you see you have eaten 500 years of food supply in just 30 years, and that what happened to you, now with the help of God and yourself and by eating less and very smaller amount of food, and doing your daily activities, you will lose all those extra weights in matter of months. I am 60 years of age and have been a vegetarian for 39 years and I weigh about 90 pounds. So the key is to have faith in God, keep your life style clean & respected, do not be lazy, all those loose skins will go away in no time, but you have to keep your new life style for the rest of your life, be a small eater, you can eat any kind of food, as your body needs it, just do not eat meatty & eggy foods and never eat too much food again. Nobody likes to punish his or her body, but over eating is one of the most dangerous form of punishment that a human can do to himself or herself, because as you get older, your body has to be lighter not heavier, if you are too heavy you may not get to old age and even if you do get old, your life will be very difficult and you may not be able to find people to help you get through the old age easily. So the choice is yours, if you want to be happy and healthy in your life, never become overweight again, keep your body light & healthy and your behavior as clean as possible. Go girl ur doing great job dont let anybody tell u any different and ur beautiful I use to b over 200 as and I've lost down to 120 got to skinny cld c my ribs so Ive been trying to gain some back but I keep going up and down highest got back up to is 145 I've got flab on my stomach and legs too stretch marks afraid to show my stuff to but I've told myself if they don't want to look at me they don't have to look bc its proof of losing weight.

  4. Your very pretty and you look amazing you have come along way, good for you and stay strong. You have a made a huge transformation if you can't tighten the skin through exercise I'm sure you would be able to have a skin reduction surgery if that's an option for you. Good luck🙏🏽
