  1. We will be coming to Japan next week, and we have a 14 month old baby. Do you have thoughts on what I should expect at places to eat? I get there are family restos, and ramen joints are get in get out. But if I hold him on my lap and eat quickly, is that okay? Do you have any other advice? Thanks

  2. I love your videos, I've almost finished watching all of them! Can you do some videos on speaking basic Japanese for food ordering?

  3. The first shop you showed was were I had the Spicy Tokenmoru? in Shibuya And my wife didn’t want any but the shop waiter offered in English “you want share bowl?” We agreed and he brought us a separate small bowl .. guess we had the Foreigner look.. best ramen I had in Tokyo btw.

  4. I usually think that youtubers seem a little conceited, but you just changed my perspective completely! I have been watching your videos since yesterday and I love them!! You seem so nice and are so knowledgeable. Thanks for sharing all this with us! 🙂

  5. I just realized that I´ve never seen a youtube video about take-out food or delivery services in Japan. So maybe that´s something for you as future content. Cheers take care

  6. 1 thing surprised about the tray-tip during my 3 weeks stay, even when I put money on it cashiers nearly ALWAYS gave me back my money or credit card hand to hand. So sometimes, touched each other hand or fingers briefly naturally. Experienced it with convenient stores, local shops, restaurants and supermarkets…
Only places they put me the cash back on the tray were souvenirs shops in castles or sightseeing monuments, and… don quijote 😅 Did someone notice this too?

  7. Excellent video as usual Paolo! I had heard that you had to slurp to let the chef know you liked the food, good to know I don't have to do it!

  8. Hi Paolo, We’re going to Japan this coming October 2019 and Been enjoying watching all your Videos, it’s very helpful especially the go to for Ramen and everything else. My question to you Paolo is that my sister lives in Fuchu, will be taking the trains from Fuchu, we want to go visit all the place that you showed on all these videos, but the problem the train stops running at 11 pm, what would you suggest if we miss the train and what’s the cheapest place to go like for Shibuya, shinjuku, ginza, osaka, and Kyoto. Pleas advise.

  9. I was told that slurping noodles in places like Japan was a compliment. But hey, pretty cool to know the real reason. Luv your videos, you guys are amazing
