  1. Yes the people. Thought I would smash out a shreddy meal prep since I don't think I've done one that was specifically low calorie yet.   2. Don't use Olive Oil for frying things in the pan. It has a very low smoke point. Long story short it gives you cancer when heated too high.
    Use rapeseed or wheat germ oil (this one also has Tons of vit e as Well), avoid sunflower oil due to the poor omega-6 omega-3 Ratio
