  2. Hey Radhi! I am a biologist and according to my basic knowledge sugars do not need longest to digest comparing to other macronutrients, quite the opposite! Especially simple sugars like those in desserts! So please please verify your information with a dietitian or a health care professional before sharing it with your audience πŸ™πŸ˜Š

  4. It is great to compare our body and digestion with rice cooker, but Ayurveda is something that is not supported with evidence and scientific research. We all different and our bodies work in different way, for example, when I have long breaks in between food I would likely have stomach problems and even stomach ache sometimes. I think everyone should learn from his/ her own experience.
