  1. When I was in my early 20s I was stricken with panic attacks. Crippling panic attacks! I did not have the money or access to healthcare. And out of desperation I invented these! Mind monsters.This hs
    Has been a lifelong dream of mine. To get my little art objects out to the world to those in need. This is how I overcame crippling Axiety. Thank you for sharing.

  2. I go through the exact same thing, i just turned a teenager too, And I am starting school and I am worried about having a panic attack in class and get dizzy and make a scene. The best thing to do is tell your counselor. I also deal with OCD, which makes my anxiety worse because I obsess over my thoughts. The best thing to do is face your fears, and realize your not alone. Another trick: when short of breath, hold your breath for a while. It helps.

  3. yeh, this is how my life long attacks started as a child….the nausea etc. I went to the infamous "Catholic Schools" in the early 1960s and the nuns were so sadistic that I was sick to my stomach the entire 6 years I was in those schools
