Tofu really is an issue as far as hormones go but still better than meat I just avoid it because I have PCOS and noticed my symptoms go away when I'm off soy which is in just about everything processed sadly and then I have major acne, weird hair growth, depression, cramps, bleeding when I do have it

  3. She looks malnourished, tired and also prematurely aging. By not eating meat she's missing: Vitamin A & B6 (pyridoxal, pyridoxamine), creatine, carnitine, carnosine, taurine, saturated animal fats such as cholesterol, heme-iron, CLA and CoQ10.

  4. I have no problem with adults being Vegan or Vegetarian. I’m Vegetarian and that’s my choice as an adult. My issue is people who push it on their kids. I would never tell my children no meat. She should enjoy bacon and a cheeseburger. It’s my choice if I don’t want to eat those things but I’m not going to make my child do it.

  5. Just wait, she has no idea what is in store for her with her son. If she gets too strict and controlling with his diet, it will backfire. He will start to rebel and she will start finding candy bar wrappers and McDonald’s bags under his bed! Kids do not want to be different. I know from experience.

  6. She is the example of a very very healthy vegan. People who have grown up with a certain type of diet their entire lives, this would be a total shock. Sometimes it’s better to start out slowly. Such as swap out cows milk for almond, oats, or rice milk. Milk is actually really good and it makes wonderful lattes and stuff like that. Good for baking too. Maybe go to nights a week were you have a vegan/vegetarian fiend dinner or the entire day Is vegan/vegetarian versus filled with meat and dairy products. Buy a package of veggie burgers and some choa or follow your heart cheese. Delicious stuff.

    Nobody has to go extreme like her overnight. But you do find as your body adapts, your taste buds adapt, you see that anything you love that’s filled with meat and dairy products can be re-created

  7. Salt is good in medium amount we need salt to store some water in our cells that way we won’t dehydrated. Sodium help us a lot and is an essential mineral. Good sodium like sea salt and Himalaya are best

  8. Thanking for speaking truth about tofu ! Most animals ppl eat are feed soy-so I don’t understand why the world is now saying soy is bad maybe gmo soy but nongmo soy is the king of bean

  9. I just hope her and her son are getting enough protein and nutrients. To each his own, but why would you burden your son with the name, Bear? If you like these strange names, give it to your pets. Can you imagine someone who works in the professional world, named Bear?
